Work is conducted in accordance with mandatory education requirements and current nursing practices. The employee reports directly to and works under the general supervision of an administrative-level staff member. General supervision is exercised over a subordinate staff. Does related work as required. Minimum Qualifications Graduation from high school or possession of an equivalency diploma, plus three (3) years paid full-time or its part-time equivalent experience as a Registered Professional Nurse, two (2) years of which must have involved experience in a nursing home caring for the elderly and/or chronically ill.
