To support successful acclimation to company and client culture, work environment, and promote satisfaction with the job. The Employee Experience Manager will monitor new hire program effectiveness, drive operational compliance, and ensure employee recognition programs are maximized. Metrics will be focused on employee retention and engagement. The Employee Experience Manager will coordinate the employee experience, on-boarding, training and retention programs in collaboration with unit leadership and the HR team.Job SummaryEssential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for employee engagement and retention program effectiveness and compliance in accordance with business-line and corporate program standards, regional and client-driven goals and best practices.

Assist with and/or deliver pre-hire, new hire, onboarding, training and retention programs to support employee knowledge, enthusiasm and engagement including access to information and resources.

Acts as an ambassador to employees. Serving as a point of contact and providing information, direction, coaching for documentation/onboarding as needed.

Oversee corporate employee engagement programs including employee rounding, stay conversations, surveys and focus groups. In collaboration with local leadership, plan, coordinate and track regional employee engagement activities.

Develop, deploy and monitor employee satisfaction action plans.

Meet with new hires, trainers and new hire managers to evaluate new hire program compliance (orientation, onboarding, training), new hire performance, and proactively address program or performance gaps.

Offboard employees through exit interviews, capturing employee experience data and analyzing the results to find gaps to strengthen employee retention.

Analyze retention data and employee feedback and suggest improvements for engagement and recognition programs and incentives to ensure they are meaningful for staff and employees.

Promote client awareness of Employee Experience Programs, including generating invitations and coordinating RSVPs for client attendance at group celebrations as appropriate as well as preparing slides and reports for client meetings.

Create, produce and manage support documentation, metrics and reports for department programs.

Demonstrating appropriate sensitivity and decorum with personal data and information when handling documentation.

Demonstrate and promote both corporate and client cultures, values, and management philosophies.

Demonstrate effective communication and listening skills with clients, customers, and employees.

Interact with Operations Managers to share ideas and learn about best practices.

Collaborating to proactively identify and problem-solve to remove barriers impacting operational success.

Education, Training and Experience Required:Bachelor’s degree, Human Resources, Business Management, or Learning and Development and 2-4 years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
