Description SUMMARY The Data Analyst, Innovation Center, will be responsible for supporting the innovation efforts of Rochester Regional Health (RRH) and support the shared services function of innovation. The role is a matrixed role that partners with operations and shared services to achieve operational key performance indicators and strategic objectives of the organization. The responsibilities of the role include supporting the RRH organization with business intelligence analysis, performance excellence metrics and initiatives, and business intelligence reporting.STATUS: Full time LOCATION: Riedman Campus DEPARTMENT: Innovation CenterSCHEDULE: Monday - Friday days ATTRIBUTESBachelor's Degree required; preferably in a Data Analytics, Information Technology or related field.1-5 years of business intelligence or report writing experience preferred.Analytical ability to develop and interpret application of data.RESPONSIBILITIES Report Development. Design and create the technical specifications to support the development of reports; understand reporting objectives, gather data requirements and suggest reporting solutions; use Epic Clarity (Crystal Reports/SQL), Epic Chronicles, Epic Reporting Workbench, Epic Dashboard and file transfer protocols (FTP) or other reporting mediums to create the required reportingCollaboration. Interface and build relationships with internal and external partners, government agencies and Rochester Regional Health affiliates to support reporting requirements; represent the team at the daily huddle and change meetings consistently; provide documentation and high-level training to end users on all existing and new reportsTesting & Documentation. Perform testing, data validation and user signoff to ensure reports are pulling correct data and achieving customer requirementsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: L - Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly; requires occasional walking, standing or squatting.PAY RANGE: $67,000.00 - $80,000.00The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future.
