Customer Service Representative

Description Customer Interaction:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.

Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner.

Problem Resolution:

Investigate and troubleshoot customer problems.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or management.

Order Processing:

Assist customers with placing orders, returns, and exchanges.

Verify and process customer orders accurately.

Track orders and provide updates to customers on their status.

Documentation:

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Update customer accounts and records as needed.

Prepare reports on customer feedback and service issues.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Share customer feedback with the team to improve overall service quality.

Requirements Proven experience in a customer service role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and tools Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet Ability to work effectively as part of a team Good organizational and multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software High level of professionalism and a positive attitude Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
