This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering exceptional patient care across a diverse population, ranging from newborns to geriatric patients, while also fostering staff satisfaction and promoting interdisciplinary collaboration.In this position, the individual will assist the Nurse Manager in overseeing multiple areas of the Orthopaedic Clinic Tower at Marketplace. The primary responsibility will be coaching, mentoring, and empowering team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes, while maintaining a culture of accountability and integrity. The role requires a strong commitment to fostering teamwork through excellent interpersonal and communication skills.The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in driving improvements in patient care, providing constructive feedback to staff, addressing patient concerns, and actively participating in activities related to The Joint Commission (TJC) standards, Quality Assurance (QA), and Performance Improvement (PI) initiatives.Qualifications Requires a BSN or matriculation in a BSN program from an accredited Nursing Program and an active New York State license in good standing. Applicants will have a minimum of 5 years or RN experience.
