This is a multi-faceted, 32.5-hour-a-week position, with an emphasis on creating appointments from our existing client database of 15,000 previous clients.
Responsibility: contact all of our clients through a phone call, email, snail mail, and or a text message.
To break it up a little there is answering phones, scheduling appointments, making happy calls, and dispatching.
The job is to look forward and create daily schedules for the technicians.
The pay is hourly, determined by your abilities, experience, and dedication to the position.
The atmosphere is pleasant, the hours are 9 am to 4:30 pm, with a one-hour unpaid lunch between 12pm and 1pm.
You must have previous phone experience.
