We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records. Must be familiar with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
Responsibilities:
Process medical billing [Medicaid and health facilities]
Process accounts receivable/payable
Reconcile bank statements and transactions to maintain financial record
Assist with payroll processing
Other related office duties
Requirements:
Proven bookkeeping experience (minimum 2 years)
Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and MS Office
Good communication skills
