Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspection.
Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to identify root causes.
Conduct repairs and replacements of defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to production schedules.
Follow preventive maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, and inventory of spare parts.
Participate in equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications as needed.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and perform repairs to restore functionality.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement in maintenance operations.
