Regeneron is currently looking for a Process Data Engineer to join our Process Sciences Data Monitoring team. The Process Data Engineer utilizes engineering principles to provide statistical support, data, and analytical support across the site to establish, organize, and maintain effective data co-ordination and data evaluation services pertaining to process monitoring and modelling of biological drugs.As a Process Data Engineer , a typical day might include the following:

Support the implementation, expansion, and continuous improvement of Regeneron’s process monitoring programs and systems.

Accurately source and verify process data from paper records and database systems (LIMS, Qumas, OPM, Historian) to support data monitoring needs in a timely and efficient manner.

Apply statistical process control and quality engineering to monitor process capability and performance, identify trends, and support investigations.

Use engineering principles to solve process or design problems.

Work with cross-functional departments to ensure process data are being used to maximize process understanding and facilitate continuous improvement opportunities.

Support the development of automated solutions that address specific analytical objectives and facilitate report generation and distribution of analyses.

Issue technical reports summarizing conclusion of data reviews and analysis.

Manage quality system events pertaining to data integrity and data management such as investigations, CAPAs, and change controls.

Apply data visualization tools to translate data into useful information for operations managers and process engineers.

Lead the implementation, expansion, and continuous improvement of Regeneron’s application of the Process Performance Monitoring (PPM) program and the data aggregation and reporting system (Discoverant).

Analyze data sources and develop strategies and solutions for data acquisition, aggregation, and reporting.

Apply advanced numerical and statistical techniques including multivariate analysis (PCA and PLS), curve metrics and univariate batch analysis to analyze large datasets of process and raw materials data and generate predictive models to supplement and enhance process understanding.

Lead cross functional teams in technical investigations to resolve process issues and identify process improvements. Present findings at interdepartmental forums.

Apply computational modelling methods for increased process understanding and predictions.

Provide audit and regulatory submission support where applicable.

Provides coaching and mentoring to junior members of the team.

To be considered for Process Data Engineer you must be willing and able to work Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm. You must have a BS/BA in Engineering; Chemical Engineering or Biochemical Engineering preferred. For various levels you must have the following:

Associate Process Data Engineer: 0-2 years of relevant experience

Process Data Engineer: 2+ years of relevant experience

Sr. Process Data Engineer: 5+ years of relevant experience

Experience in biopharmaceutical cGMP manufacturing is preferred. Level is determined based on qualifications relevant to the roleDoes this sound like you?
