The Role

Train and supervise locker room attendants to ensure high performance and professionalism.

Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate expectations, provide feedback, and address concerns.

Monitor staff performance, offering coaching and constructive feedback to enhance service quality.

Enforce all safety and security protocols, fostering a safe and positive work environment.

Empower attendants to proactively problem-solve and deliver exceptional service.

Provide daily operational updates during Player Operations team meetings.

Oversee and coordinate the pre-tournament setup of the Women's Locker Room.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory of locker room amenities, delegating tasks effectively.

Collaborate with key departments (security, medical, operations) to ensure seamless operations.

Manage special player requests while maintaining discretion and respecting privacy.

Build and maintain strong relationships with players, their teams, and key stakeholders.

Anticipate player needs and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion.

Handle conflicts diplomatically, ensuring a calm and professional atmosphere.

Conduct daily inventory checks, anticipate shortages, and coordinate restocking efforts.

Participate in pre-tournament planning calls and assist with additional duties as needed.

Assist with other duties as assigned.

Who You Are

Experienced leader with a background in hospitality, sports, entertainment, or high-pressure environments.

Strong supervisory skills with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Must be able to work Flexible hours, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift and carry moderate weights.

Compensation: This is an exempt position with a salary of $5,500.
