Description Identify areas of improvement from continuous discovery, working closely with teams in Product to identify and translate into design solutions Create sketches, wireframes, hi-fidelity mockups, and prototypes for new designs, iterating based on feedback Understand end user process flows for new and existing features Maintain brand consistency across product suite MINIMUM 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI Ability to create mobile and desktop design solutions Portfolio of evolving early concepts to hi-fidelity using Figma, Sketch, or equivalent Strong experience with qualitative user research, conducting 1:1 interviews and end-user user testing Must be from an "in-house" team (non-agency role) Must have examples of writing samples Experience on a B2C platform preferred Sports & education institution based in Chicago, IL.
