Description Robert Half is working with growing business to find a talented Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing personnel and daily operations of the human resources department. Catalog historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records

Lead and define exit interviews and procedures

Define recruitment plans, interview schedules and evaluation standards in accordance with HR methodologies and labor laws

Oversee human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees

Grow the organization's human resources department by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices

Supervise all HR activities, communications, reports, requests and documents created and received by the team

Research and implement applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conduct investigations, maintain records, and represent the organization at hearings

Set up management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures

Evaluate reports provided by the HR team, team leaders and operations managers to determine employee performance and training needs

Inform employees such that they follow all policies and procedures

Attend interdepartmental meetings with other managers

Explore compensation standards set by industry and governing bodies in order to create salary structures and administer employee benefits Requirements - Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution

Bachelor's degree in human resources or relevant experience

Seasoned in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

Impeccable ethics, integrity, and standards

Strong organization skills with a sense of urgency and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks

Broad knowledge of HR policies, benefits administration, compensation and wage structure

1+ years of supervisory experience within human resources

A familiarity with the key principles of employment law and EEOC regulations

Ability to view issues with an objective lens

Knowledge of HR software and working knowledge of MS Office

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

5+ years in human resources

PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications are desired
