We are constantly increasing our product offerings to meet the diverse and changing needs of our customers. Our customers include small to large corporations, institutions and government agencies as well as consumers.Key Responsibilities Assist in processing biweekly payroll for 1,100+ employees on ADP Vantage. Monitor system interfaces for errors and coordinate with IT, HR to resolve. Maintain ADP Timesaver clock system for employee timesheets. Maintain employee personal time off (PTO). Maintain employee payroll files. Audit payroll reports. State tax setupCompetencies and skills 2-5 years payroll experience. ADP Vantage or WorkForce Now experience. Experience with ADP reporting Advanced Excel skills a must. Canada payroll experience a plus. Strong analytical skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize work and meet deadlines.
