job detailsA Manufacturing Company in Port Washington, NY is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join their call center immediately! We are seeking experienced Customer Service professionals with office experience looking for the next step in their career. You will act as a liaison, provide product information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face. If you are interested and qualified for this opportunity, please to this opportunity today or send your resume to [email protected] for immediate consideration!salary: $20 - $22 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 9 AM - 6 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Provide outstanding customer support by accurately and thoroughly respondingto inbound calls, e-mail inquiries and chat in order to provide information aboutproducts and services, to take orders for part replacements, or to obtain detailsof complaints. Provide and coordinate service to customers as it relates to order inquiries andentries, product/ technical support, and issue resolution. Determine root causes to issues and develop resolution action plans based onyour findings, as well as interact with other departments to help drive positivecustomer experiences. Be an active listener who can show empathy and patience in a non-scriptedenvironment Obtain and examine all relevant information and assess validity of complaintsand to resolve possible causes of failure, wrong product, etc. Review warranty policy terms and determine whether a particular claim iscovered by warranty. Prepare shipping for returned goods. Assists in Returns and Replacements as needed. Provide technical assistance as necessary to customers, and utilize internalresources to find resolutions when applicable. Communicate all grievances, improvement suggestions, and constructivecriticism to Customer Support Manager Reputation Management – Review product rating and reviews on Kraus.com andpartner sites and manage/resolve customer concerns.Skills
