Bookkeeper

Description We are in search of a Bookkeeper to join a growing organization based in PORT WASHINGTON, New York. As a Bookkeeper, you will primarily handle account reconciliation, manage accounts payable and general administrative duties. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain all aspects of accounts payable Perform data entry tasks related to bookkeeping and account management Utilize Microsoft Excel for record keeping and account management Conduct regular account reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy Resolve customer inquiries regarding their accounts Regularly monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when requiredRequirements Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) is mandatory. Demonstrable experience in bookkeeping is required. Must possess strong data entry skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a prerequisite.
