The Customer Service Representative will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face, supporting their branch and rental needs. The Customer Service Representative will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide administrative support, service customers, and act as a rental back-up in a non airport branch location.
This position is located at our Plattsburgh Airport (PBG), NY, location at 42 Airport ln, Plattsburgh, NY 12903 office.
This position pays $18.00 / hour
40 HOURS PER WEEK - Must be able to work the following schedule:
Sun: 9am-5pm (7 hrs)
Mon: 10am-8pm (9 hrs)
Tue: OFF
Wed: OFF
Thur: 10am-8pm (9 hrs)
Fri: 10am-8pm (9 hrs)
Sat: 9am-1pm (4 hrs)
