LOOKING FOR A QUALITY ENGINEER MANAGER WITH AEROSPACE EXPERIENCE! 6+ Years of ExperienceRequirementsRole and Responsibilities

Manage Incoming Inspection and Final Acceptance Departments.

Ensure inspection of all products and services to demonstrate compliance.

Oversee proper retention of quality records.

Report on metrics to upper management.

Identify and implement improvement opportunities.

Approve and validate corrective action responses.

Understand customer quality requirements and ensure compliance.

Support customer and third party audits.

Qualifications Direct quality assurance experience in an aerospace environment under an AS9100 quality management system.Supervisory or managerial experience preferred.Education and ExperienceB.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related, technical field. Additional NotesSchedule production inspection demands.Hire qualified candidates; monitor, evaluate and develop staff.Communicate at all levels of the organization and with customer and regulatory representatives.

FAIR, SPC, APQP, and PPAP experience preferred.
