Req Number 129985Job DescriptionPerforms electrocardiographic and other cardiographic tests.Job Responsibility

Provides patient/significant other with education concerning cardiac testing.

Explains purpose of cardiac test to patient/significant other.

Explains procedure/process of cardiac testing and equipment to be used to patient/significant other.

Answers all questions courteously and correctly.

Elicits patients' willingness/ability to have the test performed.

Provides prescribed cardiac testing.

Performs Holter monitoring.

Performs stress testing.

Provides trans-telephonic beepers.

Correctly documents activities on approved hospital forms(s).

Performs related duties as required.

ADA Essential FunctionsJob Qualification

High School Diploma or equivalent, required.

Minimum of three (3) years clinical experience with Holter monitoring stress testing, trans-telephone beeper and IPG's, required.

Computer literate.
