Description Robert Half is currently in need of an articulate Billing Clerk who is well-organized and has a keen attention to detail. Based in the Pittsford, New York area, this is a long-term contract / temporary Billing Clerk opportunity. This Billing Clerk position will consist of reviewing bills and performing data entry into spreadsheets and accounting software. Assess billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, tracking down missing or correct data when necessary
Form financial controls and procedures
Review, process, and evaluate bills or invoices for services rendered
Operate closely with other functional teams to certify data consistency and excellence Requirements - Thorough understanding of spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems
Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in accounting or finance- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Microsoft Excel experience
Billing Functions experience
Experience with high volume data entry
