Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Cycle Analyst for our health-based organization. The successful candidate will have a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification and at least 5 years of proven work experience in the field. The role requires strong knowledge in medical billing/coding and a highly analytical mindset. This is a fully-remote opportunity.Responsibilities:

Perform detailed analysis of billing, coding, and revenue cycle management.

Identify areas of improvement in billing and coding practices to increase revenue and efficiency.

Assist in creating new procedures and protocols for revenue cycle processes.

Ensure compliance with medical laws and regulations regarding billing procedures.

Keep up-to-date with current coding conventions and guidelines.

Coordinate problem resolution and work with cross-functional teams to ensure patient accounts are handled appropriately.

Work closely with stakeholders, providing intricate reports and analyses of revenue cycles.

Requirements

Certification as a Professional Coder (CPC) is mandatory.

Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in revenue cycle analysis or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of medical billing and coding is a must.

Proficiency with EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems and digital spreadsheets.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to draw insights from complex data sets.

Ability to work in a fully remote setting and communicate effectively with team members.

Familiarity with billing software and electronic medical records systems.
