Description:Seeking a Medical Assistant to join the team at a non-profit organization caring for your local community. This organization provides the highest quality of comprehensive primary, preventative and behavioral health services to all who see it, regardless of insurance status and ability to pay, especially for the underserved and vulnerable. You'll be joining a team that fosters a caring and respectful environment for all employees and patients.Job Duties: As a member of the patient care team you will assist providers and nursing staff with daily offices duties including but not limited to: rooming patients, obtain vital signs, respond to patient messages, patient call-backs, assist providers and healthcare team, referrals, scheduling, etc. Will be working throughout various specialty offices.Schedule:Full time 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (must be flexible to work about 30 minutes outside of those hours)Qualifications:

6+ months Medical Assisting experience

High school diploma

MA diploma from an accredited program

CMA/RMA - preferred

EPIC experience preferred
