In this role, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our aerospace and defense products through comprehensive testing and analysis. Leveraging your expertise in electronic circuits, you'll develop and execute test procedures, support hardware integration, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet the highest standards of performance and safety.What You'll Do: Perform preliminary, functional, and environmental (thermal/stress) testing of electronic components, circuit card assemblies, digital and RF assemblies. Perform root cause analysis of hardware that fails factory test functional and/or environmental tests. Collaborate with hardware and software design engineers to introduce efficiency to future production lots. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $55,300 - $106,000 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
