Position Overview:
As a business cleaner at H.W. Naylor Co., Inc., you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of our facilities. You will play a vital role in upholding our standards of cleanliness, creating a welcoming atmosphere for employees and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to the supervisor.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cleaner or janitor, preferably in a commercial setting.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
- Must have current liability insurance.
