JOB TITLE: Sales Representative Business Development -Full-Time - DaysCLASSIFICATION:Full Time, Non-ExemptPROGRAM/DEPARTMENT:Intandem Solutions IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Vice President of Operations Intandem SolutionsPOSITION SUMMARY: The primary responsibility of the sales representative is to grow our currentpackaging, assembly, paper shredding, order fulfillment, commercial cleaning, and warehousing servicescustomer base.Should have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Often tasked with giving presentations, attending networking events, and attending trade shows, it's essential that our sales rep be personable and professional.QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum Education, Training & Experience:
BA/BS Degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, business administrationor related fieldOne to three (1-3) years sales and marketing experienceExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software and phone systems
