- IMACs Installs, Move, Add, Change, Decommission
- Remote Desktop support Additional skills include:
- Excellent Customer facing skills, soft skills
- Ability to apply intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common IT and business issues.
- Follows established guidelines and SOP
- Experience and understanding of ticketing systems and ticket life-cycle management (e.g. Service Now, etc.)
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Executive support experience (desirable) Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience supporting Enterprise-level clients with their PC support need
