- Extensive project management experience managing cross-functional teams across business domains in an Scaled Agile environment. (15+ years of experience needed)
- Solid oral and PPT presentation skills for management reporting and status updates.
- Ability to manage large-scale programs (10M+) with multiple workstreams and various dependencies.
- Have experience in working with delivery using agile methodology (including ceremonies – PI, Scrum Team, Daily Stand-Up, Prioritization, Feature/User Story, JIRA etc.
- Experience managing various stakeholders (including business and vendors) and function autonomously as required, including independently run meetings, drive work etc.
