Salary: Professional Rate per GTA Contract

Minimum Requirements:
Current Greece Teacher who has achieved Effective or Highly Effective as defined by the District Professional Performance Review. Attended training with Infinite Campus or have prior experience with Master Scheduling. Successfully complete an annual interview and task as assigned.
Positions: Up to 4 full time positions
A position could be a shared position between multiple people with principal approval

Excellent knowledge, understanding and application of staffing and course selection
Strong logical sequential skills
Ability to problem-solve and communicate with administration and scheduling team
Ability to work on a team
Knowledge of course requirements at all grade levels
Ability to work independently in a timely fashion to accomplish stringent deadlines
Flexibility and willingness to perform duties as assigned
Position Summary/Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains master scheduling timeline for Arcadia Campus per building Principal by arranging the allotted time, staff, students and physical resources together to optimize learning.
Align student and staff schedules to Arcadia's School Improvement plan per the direction of the building principal.
Assist administrators, department representatives and/or counselors in assigning teachers to class periods and classroom space to make progress towards building and district commitments.
Create schedules based on feedback and data regarding student course requests to build a balanced and functional master schedule.
Implement building AIS plans and response to interventions systems as a priority in the master schedule.
Engages in learning and applying standardized practices and/or methods in a collaborative, face-paced environment, with a strong willingness to adapt to changing priorities; communicating with administration; maintaining confidentiality; working as part of a team with detailed information; working with frequent interruptions; working within time constraints;
