Job DescriptionAn employer seeking an Flight Simulator Field Service Representative to provide software and systems support for an Aircrew Trainer program located at Niagara Falls ARS in New York. Job Duties and Responsibilities include:Provide software and systems support for the customerRequires integration of GOTS/COTS/EOM software and hardware components, understanding of wired networking, and application of life cycle system sustainmentDeploy, maintain, and upgrade systems across the enterpriseProvide on-site technical support, operational training of the system, and assistance in developing training scenariosSkills and RequirementsActive Secret Clearance with ability to upgrade to TS/SCIIntermediate knowledge or understanding of Cisco Switches and FirewallsDemonstrated experience and capabilities with Windows, Redhat, and VMWare UAV ground control stations (GCS) or familiarity with UAVs/simulators, MQ9, MJATIntermediate experience troubleshooting IT systems and hardwareSecurity+ nullWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
