- System support to the recruitment Team
- Troubleshoot and resolve any errors or problems with the platform
- Configuration of the product to meet business needs
- Work with our technical support partner where required
- In conjunction with the HRIS team solve any data issues
- Maintain the configuration workbook
- Ensure support for the product is documented in the SOPs
- Implement Onboarding 2.0
- Implement Recruitment Marketing
- Work with the MI team on developing Recruitment Dashboards
- Deliver and coordinate all future Recruitment and Onboarding projects, in line with strategy
- Manage the Recruitment & Onboarding release process
- Provide input into further enhancements (evolve the strategy), especially improving user experience, candidate attraction & engagement and efficiency in process
- 3 years of HR Systems experience, ideally at an international organization or large enterprise
- Strong knowledge of Recruitment and Onboarding processes
- Good business analysis skills.
- Strong attention to detail and extremely well-organized
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating an ability to work well with teams & stakeholders
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A customer-oriented approach.
- Self-motivated and able to work under limited supervision.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise a high level of discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Word, and able to create well formatted documents.
- In depth knowledge of the HCM Success Factors suite (Recruitment, Recruitment Marketing, Onboarding and Performance & Goals) or similar Recruitment Systems is preferred but not required.
