ROLE SUMMARYAs a key member of the Specialty Care Leadership team, the Vice President US Rhu/GI TA Lead will be responsible for overseeing Pfizer's Rhu/GI portfolio comprising of brands ranging from launch to peri-LOE (Velsipity, Xeljanz, Inflectra, Abrilada). The US Rhu/GI TA Lead will set the portfolio strategy, maximize performance and patient impact and serve as a leader for the Rhu/GI brands and portfolio functions (ie brand leads, strategy, access integration, TLEL).RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the end-to-end lead, developing a portfolio level strategy for the Rhu/GI franchise including brand marketing, access strategy, patient support and sales approach

Deep ownership and understanding of all components of brand and GTN, ultimately accountable for performance and delivery across 4 brands

Lead and partner across the organization to driving expedited growth for Velsipity, while simultaneously delivering on the Xeljanz LOE plan to optimize return for the organization

Accountable for the P&L of the Rhu/GI franchise assessing key metrics on an ongoing basis

Partner with cross functional leads including sales, customer engagement, medical, legal and access to set priorities and identify growth or optimization.

Identify opportunities to challenge the status quo to grow the assets in the portfolio

Partner as appropriate with key organizations to establish Pfizer as a leader in the space

Responsible for the annual operating plan including revenue and expense recommendations

As a leader of leaders, oversee an organization of 40 colleagues and 6 direct reports demonstrating a collaborative and people first mindset, advocating for the growth of your team members

Partner with Global, CSI and business development to evaluate future growth opportunities for the TA

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

15+ years pharmaceutical experience, to include US market experience

Demonstrated strategic acumen and bold move thinking

Proven ability manage complex markets and projects

Strong people leader with demonstrated ability to lead through change

Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo

Experience in leading and motivating cross functional teams with direct or indirect experience

Mastery of the P&L and strong financial acumen

Strong executive presence and experience with senior level executives

Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in fast-paced environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Prior team leadership required; experienced leader of leader strongly preferred

Deep experience in the US market and understanding of US payer and rebating dynamics required

I&I experience preferred, but not required
