The Regional Manager oversees recruiting, hiring, and scheduling Market Managers, ensuring all team members receive thorough training on sales initiatives, product knowledge, and execution strategies. This individual works closely with the Program Manager and cross-functional teams to maintain a high standard of excellence in field operations.What we offer:
$75,000 - $80,000 base annual salary range
Full time; 40 hours per week with occasional evenings, weekends and holiday work to support key retail periods and promotional events.

What you'll Achieve:
Oversee and execute TCL TV sales strategies within the region
Communicate sales objectives to Market Managers for seamless retail execution
Achieve KPIs: Sell-through targets, market share, and recommendation rates
Ensure proper staffing and compliance across programs
Monitor and manage financial metrics, including mileage
Build strong relationships with Market Managers and retail leadership
Provide training, coaching and mentorship to market managers
Lead performance management: recognition, rewards and accountability
Analyze field insights and make data-driven recommendations to optimize program execution
Working environment:

Home office for administrative tasks, reporting and virtual meetings

The Innovator We are Seeking:
Team Leadership: Manage a team of Market Managers to execute regional sales strategies
Analysis: Monitor regional sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement
Collaboration: Work with the Program Manager and cross-functional teams to align business objectives and field execution strategies
Relationship Development: maintain strong retail partnerships to enhance product visibility and sell-through
Accountability: Ensure teams achieve KPIs by holding them accountable for sales targets, training effectiveness, and in-store execution
Physical requirements:
Frequent travel by car or plane, including overnight stays, as needed
Have and maintain a driver's license and able to rent vehicles under the ActionLink's corporate insurance standards
Motor Vehicle check will be conducted
Stand and walk for extended periods during store visits and training sessions
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs (e.g. product displays, marketing materials or demo units)
Navigate various retail environments including sales floors, stockrooms and event spaces
