Role / Responsibilities; Focuses on owning and driving the discussion / work stream and working with business and other stakeholders in identifying solutions Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery team Assist the Product Owners with the development and documentation of Epics and Stories. Define business process and data flows/analysis Assess the scope and impact of system, dependencies and process changes Progress projects to completion in a complex and diverse space. Leverage core technical platform to deliver business functionality to the Market Risk User community Facilitate design review sessions with technology team within Market Risk and outside Market Risk organization Execute on all facets of delivery to the Market Risk User community - from discussions with users shaping deliverables through to the production release of functionality. Demonstrations of new functionality to business and technology users. Design of test strategy including preparing test cases, as required Work closely with the business and technology to gather testing requirements and acceptance criteria. Coordinate UAT activities, releases and migration events. Tracking of defects and progress of resolution Escalation of issues in a timely manner Produce system and process documentation. Ensure adherence to audit and operational standards.

Required Skills / Experience; Strong Market Risk, Risk, or Front Office experience Strong financial markets product knowledge Solid understanding of regulatory landscape Strong problem solving skills and experience of analyzing and validating large volumes of numerical data. The ability to effectively communicate within a multi-disciplined team, across multiple locations and time zones, and to interact with demanding business users. A flexible, hardworking and "can do" attitude; comfortable working in a fast paced environment with frequent release cycles and rapidly changing priorities. Good organizational skills with efficient follow up on open items Exposure to Agile methodologies. Experience of all aspects of the project life cycle Excellent technical skills; SQL, Excel, VBA and Python Computer Engineering/Financial Degree
