Support our event team in the planning and execution of various events from start to finish.
Manage logistics and vendor coordination.
Assist with building and setting up event furniture.
Handle on-site event setup and tear-down.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the event process.
Loading and unloading production trucks.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Valid driver's license and proficient in operating a pickup truck if required.
Able to lift heavy items (60 lbs or more) and comfortable with getting their hands dirty.
2-3 years of experience in event production or related field.
Strong technical skills and keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
