Find your place in risk and analytics on #TeamAmex.The Enterprise Comms & MarTech Experiences (ECMX) organization within Enterprise Digital & Data Solutions (EDDS) is a global enterprise-wide Center of Excellence. ECMX’s mission is to enable marketing innovation and growth through quality, speed and delivery excellence. This position on ECMX’s Marketing Enablement & Insights Products has the responsibility to support multiple ECMX campaign execution and capabilities’ new hire training-related activities as well as deliver ongoing training to ECMX customers. Candidate must be able to function independently, effectively prioritize his/her work, and be willing to bring new ideas to the table. Some knowledge of training analytic tools and experience working with learning management systems is strongly preferred.Key Responsibilities:▪Responsible for providing strategic support for ongoing training program management related activities▪Work towards becoming a subject matter expert of ECMX Campaign Execution Capabilities and Processes▪Independently drive operational excellence for ECMX training efforts including coordination of training logistics, training facilitation and ongoing content management▪Support the Manager – Onboarding & Continuous Learning, in partnering with capability and process owners to create and implement training plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement▪Actively track/document/report out on training program effectiveness success measures▪Support the development of methods and tools to measure and evaluate training program impact and effectiveness across organization▪Support the imminent multi-year transformation roadmap execution of strategic initiatives across ECMXMinimum Qualifications:The successful incumbent will need to quickly develop relationships and position him/herself in an advisory role to best understand dynamic business requirements, identify save opportunities, analyze complex variables and create training strategies that are both valuable and actionable. The successful candidate will have an ability to work across a broad range of categories, regions and functions.▪Experience or interest in operating in a Learning & Development role or relevant industry experience▪Adept at supporting a large-scale training program▪Experience with applying learning design and needs analysis techniques▪2 years of applying project management skills - time management, stakeholder management, project reporting skills▪Proven ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and effectively manage multiple complex projects concurrently and develop in a fast-paced environment▪Working knowledge of Corporate Training/Education methodologies & best practices▪Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business partners, internal customers, and colleagues to drive business results▪Strong work ethic with an intense will-to-win and demonstrated personal excellence▪Preferred degree in Education, Organizational Behavior, Communications, Business, or related discipline▪Ability to work well with ambiguity▪Adept at problem solving / solutions-driven mentality▪Grace under pressureRequired tool knowledge:▪SharePoint▪MS office – Excel, Visio, PPTPreferred tool knowledge:▪e-Learning Development Software (bonus if Articulate Storyline)▪Salesforce▪SnagItQualificationsSalary Range: $86,000.00 to $129,000.00 annually bonus benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
