Marketing Workflow Coordinator – $35/hr + Revenue Bonus (Part-Time or Full-Time)
Description:
We’re a small, agile company supporting a well-established business that's developing new technology add-ons for the government, social service, and healthcare industries. We’re looking for a Marketing Workflow Coordinator who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and enjoys working across a variety of tasks in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate marketing campaigns, workflow systems, and team communications
Create and organize promotional materials and assist with content production
Track task progress using Notion, Airtable, and other digital tools
Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and support client needs
Help streamline systems to improve productivity across virtual and onsite operations
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience, ideally with a smaller company
Excellent writing skills and strong attention to detail
Able to follow direction, but also take initiative and solve problems independently
Proficient in Notion, Airtable, and other workflow/project tools
Comfortable juggling diverse responsibilities
This is an on-site position (not remote)
Nobel Prize not required
Compensation:
$35/hour
Performance-based revenue bonus
Part-time or full-time considered based on candidate fit and availability.
