- Custom Integration using SOAP and REST
- Scripting in JavaScript, Jelly and HTML
- Custom UI Pages, Business Rules, Workflows, Macros and Client Scripts
- ServiceNow Version Upgrades
- Able to suggest appropriate solutions for any ad-hoc requirements
- Performance analytics and custom reporting
- Good to have experience on CSM
- Handle client stakeholders directly for techno-functional discussions
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 5 years of ServiceNow Technical experience across the following areas: Custom Application development & CSM Module experience on ServiceNow platform, Custom Integration using SOAP and REST, Scripting in JavaScript, Jelly and HTML, Custom UI Pages, Business Rules, Workflows, Macros and Client Scripts, ServiceNow Version Upgrades
- Able to work independently with the client (with minimal guidance)
- Able to suggest appropriate solutions for any ad-hoc requirements
