Position Overview:
As a Junk Removal Driver & Team Leader, you’ll drive, remove junk, and offer top-notch customer service. Responsibilities include safe vehicle operation, removal and loading of various items, and building our brand image in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving: Safe operation of trucks (CDL is a plus but not required).
Junk Removal: Lift and load items from various sites (must lift up to 75 lbs).
Customer Service: Positive communication and clear pricing discussions.
Time Management & Sales: Efficient job completion and service upselling.
Marketing: Promote J's Rubbish Removal brand in downtime.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license, clean record (must be 25+).
Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
