Rubbish Removal is looking to grow its team with additional hardworking drivers and non-drivers.
We operate Monday - Saturday providing an opportunity for flexible schedules with customizable days off.
Rubbish Removal Drivers typically make between $18 - $20 hourly for non CDL,not including tips.
If you're interested in Part-time or full time work we can offer a flexible schedule operating hrs.
JOB SUMMARY
Junk Removal:
DRIVERS - Drivers License: Must be 25 years of age with a VALID drivers license, CLEAN driving record, and zero points. (CDL not required but a +) RECENT DRIVERS ABSTRACT
Lifting and Removal of Junk (i.e. couch, mattress, appliances, yard waste, construction, demo debris etc.) from business, residential, industrial, and government sites
Customer Service: Treat every customer with exceptional service, communication and attitude
Truck Operations: Safely operate the Rubbish Removal trucks at all times. Make sure daily inspections forms are performed.
Marketing and Brand: Working to build and maintain the Rubbish brand and image. Ensure that there are enough materials on the truck for marketing drop offs and up sells.
Time Management: Be able to make logistical decisions within the provided daily schedule (when to dispose, how to best complete a job, how to market during downtime)
Sales: Educate clients about pricing and services and the benefit to them prior to giving an estimate and ensuring a positive experience. Be able to confidently price jobs aggressively to meet or exceed targets/goals
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong customer service/people skills
Must be able to problem solve on the job
Excellent communication skills
Ability to lift 75 lbs
Preference for working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work without direct supervision
