You'll play a crucial role in supporting our operations by conducting on-site testing and surveys at locations throughout New York City (Brooklyn, Williamsburg and Queens initially).
A valid driver's license is required, and having access to an electric vehicle (EV) is a major plus. The surveys will require an EV to be completed.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct part-time on-site testing and data collection at various locations in the NYC area (flexible scheduling available).
- Meticulously follow process to ensure accurate data collection.
- Efficiently complete surveys and reports.
- Maintain clear communication with the team.
- Troubleshoot basic technical hiccups with equipment and software (experience a plus).
- Assist with other operational tasks as they arise.
Flexible hours - we currently need around 15 hours per week, and can be at flexible times of the day or week, but we may often need on short notice.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service, administrative, or operations role
- Stellar organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Unwavering attention to detail and a commitment to precision.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Access to an electric vehicle (EV) is a strong plus.
- Basic technical support experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in online tools and apps like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, both independently and collaboratively.
