Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Residential Movers with a minimum of six months of proven experience in the moving industry. This role involves packing, loading, transporting, and unloading household goods with utmost care and efficiency. You will work directly with our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their belongings are safely and securely moved to their new homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Packing and Loading: Carefully pack household items, ensuring all belongings are protected and secured. Efficiently load items onto moving trucks, utilizing space effectively and preventing damage.
- Transportation: Safely drive with Truck Drivers to and from residential locations. Adhere to all safety and company policies to ensure a safe journey.
- Unloading and Setup: Unload items at the destination, placing them in designated areas as instructed by the customer. Assist with basic setup and arrangement of furniture and other household items.
- Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude throughout the moving process.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience of at least six months as a residential mover.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work various hours, including overtime.
