We are a real estate holding company with numerous properties spread out over the Tri-State area. We are looking for a maintenance person/super/handyman to handle our properties. This is a full time position and entails dealing with routine maintenance as well as emergencies/etc. Candidate must be proficient and well rounded as a handyman and have the ability to deal with issues related to electric, plumbing, etc. Candidate must also be able to commute as our properties are located in Queens, Brooklyn, as well as The Bronx. This is a demanding position and we are looking for someone that takes pride in their work and their ability to solve various problems as they arise. This is a fantastic opportunity for an up and coming skilled worker to be able to grow within a company and expand their skillset.
