PAINTER / SPRAY FINISHER
Now Hiring: Painter / Spray Finisher
Are you a skilled Painter / Spray Finisher with a passion for high-quality craftsmanship? We’re looking for a dedicated professional to join our team and apply expert finishes to wood, veneer, millwork, and interior painting projects.
Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare and finish surfaces, including sanding between coats
✅ Apply primer, top coats, stains, and specialty coatings by hand or spray gun
✅ Read and interpret shop drawings to ensure accuracy
✅ Mix coatings according to manufacturer specifications
✅ Perform touch-ups and repairs as needed
✅ Maintain and clean spray equipment for optimal performance
Qualifications:
️ 3+ years of cabinet, millwork, and interior painting experience
️ Expertise in staining, polyurethane finishing & spray equipment
️ Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
️ Ability to read technical documents and mixing procedures
️ Team player with a strong work ethic and communication skills
️ Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
️ Experience operating a HVLP SPRAYER
