Millwork company is seeking a full-time experienced Finisher to sand, prep, stain and finish millwork.

Duties
Prepare and finish custom cabinetry and millwork using paints, stains, glazes, and other finishing techniques.
Perform sanding, surface preparation, and finishing processes to achieve a flawless final product.
Inspect and maintain quality standards throughout the finishing process.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring proper care of finishing equipment and materials.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cabinet or custom millwork finishing.
In-depth knowledge of finishing techniques, materials, and tools, including paints, stains, and glazes.
Strong understanding of paint formulas and the ability to mix custom colors accurately.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
