Masonry Restoration Working Foreman
NYC / Queens / Brooklyn / Bronx / Staten Island
Looking for motivated, experienced individuals to join our growing team in the Exterior Façade Restoration, Roofing + Waterproofing Sector.
The positions available are for Licensed Foremen to oversee Masonry Restoration + Roof Replacement Projects including Safety Operations and Suspended Scaffold Projects with Five (5) or more years of experience.
The job entails full-time site supervision and management at projects throughout NYC and its outer boroughs, Managing small crews to perform the daily and / or weekly task at hand. Ideal Candidate will have experience and be Familiar with the Following:
Parapet Replacement Projects
Lintel Replacement Projects
Sealant Replacement Projects
Concrete Restoration Projects
Tuck Pointing
Sidewalk Vaults Replacement Projects
Roof Replacement Projects
Waterproofing Projects
Foreman will Manage crews of 5-15 employees.
Capable of Reading, Writing, and Speaking English.
Must have the Ability to Read and Navigate Architectural Plans.
Be able to calculate General Mathematics
Have experience with Exterior Repairs to Facades and Roofing.
Communicate well with clients/building staff.
Capable of enforcing Safety on all projects.
Applicant must have the following non-expired licenses/training;
30 Hour O.S.H.A
32 Suspended Rigging Foreman
32 Hour Supported Scaffold
40 Hour Site Safety Manager
62 Hour Site Safety Training Card
Compensation will vary based on experience.
Bilingual Spanish / English Speaking Candidates are preferred.
25 Years or Older and Legal to work within the United States.
