We are looking to hire a new Handyman at one of our North East Bronx properties. This is a 32-BJ Union position, with great benefits & perks. This employment comes with a onsite three bedroom apartment, onsite parking can be accommodated + cell phone reimbursement.
This position is for someone with full knowledge of plumbing, electrical, tiling, painting, skim coating. Must have knowledge in construction and must be willing to learn.
Must have a valid driver's license, excellent reading skills, knowledge of email any OSHA training is a PLUS!
