- We are looking for crews that PROFESSIONALLY PAINT ONLY.
- We are NOT looking to hire companies who have their marketing and sales. We are looking for sub-contractors ONLY who work with other companies to provide labor only.
- Good time management on jobs
- Professionally skilled painters who have pride in their work
- Open and transparent communication
- Have your own equipment
- You have insurance (do not apply without insurance)
- Rep the our brand (t-shirt) on job sites (we will provide)
- Car or truck a plus not required
- 2-3 years experience min in base painting as a subcontractor
(Patching, sanding, plaster patching, skim coating, etc.)
