Starting at $16/hour plus tips
As deck hands, crew members will assist the captain in ensuring the safe and successful operation of the vessel, including management of lines and during docking procedures. Crew members will also maintain the safety of all guests and ensuring safe guest behavior.
All crew members will share responsibility for the condition, cleanliness and safety of the boat when they are on-duty and will be expected to be knowledgeable of all appropriate operational procedures. Training will be provided prior to the initiation of duties.
Experience: Boating experience preferred but not required, the right candidate will receive proper training.
Requirements: Candidates must be prepared to work on a moving boat, in a range of conditions, and must be capable of, handling lines during docking, operations and safety drills.
● Deck Hands adhere to drug-free certification and random testing, as required by the US Coast Guard.
● First Aid certification will be offered; pre-existing CPR/1st Aid or lifeguard certification a plus.
