Responsibilities for handyman/maintenance technician:
Performing a variety of home maintenance duties with complete technical and mechanical skill, including carpentry, light plumbing, light electrical, power washing, gutter cleaning and painting.
Working as a team on renovation projects, and other times working on your own.
Following company instructions & protocols.
Proactive recognition of client maintenance issues and bringing them to supervisor's attention.
Clear communication with all team members and clients.
Qualifications for handyman/maintenance technician:
Experience in maintenance or other related fields
Proficiency in Painting, Power washing, Light carpentry, Gutter Cleaning and Handy Man Maintenance
You must have your own basic tools, transportation, and pass a background check
Fluent English speaker
Clean driving record and valid drivers license
Must be eligible to work in the US
