A cooperative building located in Far Rockaway, Queens is looking for a FULL TIME Superintendent to reside in the unit and to take care of the building.
The Superintendent will largely be responsible for the following duties (not all included):
- Maintain all interior common areas of the building
- Maintain all exterior common areas and sidewalk areas of the building
- Oversee the physical components of the building along with various vendors as required
- Collect and place garbage outside per NYC DOS guidelines
- Deal with residents / tenants on any work orders submitted
- Work with the Board of Directors
- Work with Management
- Be available 24/7 for emergency issues

Candidate should possess the following qualities:
- Ability to multi-task in a constantly moving environment
- Ability to provide customer service type relations with residents and vendors
- Work well with others
- Take direction well and facilitate requests of those responsible to assign tasks
