Looking for an experienced restoration crew chief to join our team. At Rainbow International of Allerton, we restore homes and businesses after fire, water, mold and other disasters. As a crew chief, you will oversee the entire restoration process to ensure a smooth and successful experience for our clients.
What you'll do:
Manage all aspects of restoration projects, from initial estimate to final sign-off
Oversee crews ensuring our high-quality work
Communicate effectively with clients and insurance adjusters
Manage customer expectations and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project
Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards
Sketch / scope loss for estimating in Xactimate / Symbility
What you'll bring:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong work ethic and dedication to quality service
Understanding of restoration best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
Proficient in project management software and tools
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
What Rainbow Requires:
Experience in restoration project management
SSN / Tax ID
Ability to work overtime / weekends as needed
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from our office
Speak and read fluent English - Spanish a plus
Basic hand tools of your own
Bonus points for:
IICRC Certification
NYS Department of labor mold / asbestos license
Experience in repairs
